β β β β β Do NOT take your vaccine here, long wait time out in the heat. Waited an hour after a 5.30pm appointment and only when I approached the counter was told that the system had been down since 4pm. So they just let everyone wait outside in the heat for no reason with no communication of this. Left without the jab. Go to a CC instead.

β β β β β I have experience with 3 doctors there. Recent experiences for my 5y old boy with 2 of the doctors were pretty bad. Requested doctor to check my boyβs mouth but got rejected. Doctor confirmed is respiratory infection and next day my boy is diagnosed with HFMD.
Our bad of not giving the antibiotics to my boy as his cough was mild / nil after the first visit but his cough got worse after 5 days so went back for consultation today. My boy is coughing very bad and waited there for 1.5 hours but the doctor on duty did not even check his lung then just prescribed the same medicine.
All these sick kids episode hit me also and I went to the same clinic, another doctor on duty and good thing he was meticulous, patient and professional. What I will do is to check who is the doctor on duty and go to another clinic if he is not around.

β β β β β Was told that the clinic closes at 1pm Saturday. Rushed down and reached clinic at 12.45pm but was told the clinic is closed for the day in fact their last appointment was 11am! So i asked the clinic then what time does the last appointment end and the clinic people told me , it depends.
If i have been inform before hand that the registration closes at 11am, 2 hour before closing time that will be crystal clear.
The doc gave my son a referral to SGH to see his peeling and cracking feet, called the SGH hotline today with the referral letter and was informed that there is another number to call for GP referral.
Ok, call the SGH GP referral line next and was told that SGH only sees patients that are 16 years and above....
Called Yim's clinic next and was told to call either NUH or KKH. Am smarter now, I asked for the numbers to call and was informed by clinic to google cos very busy now.
Got a return call at 2pm with an appt booked with KKH for today. Despite all the above, happy to know the clinic made an effort.

β β β β β The recep is worst. Called the clinic to check on some vaccine availability. They just put me on hold on the phone and continue speak with their colleagues about other customers and some covid related gossips. They literally put me on Hold for about 5mins and i just have to hangup the call myself without manage to reach them but kept hearing them gossip about others.

β β β β β I made a trip down to the clinic before the closing time only to be told that I am not able to see the doctor/collect my medication. This could have been avoided if the staff/nurses had answered my phone call and answered my queries. The doctors here are great but this has happened a few times and its honestly quite disappointing.
I understand that the clinic is filled and the staff are working very hard but the service could definitely be better. They could help people make lesser wasted trips to the clinic during this pandemic if they can just have someone to answer the calls.

β β β β β My mum self test ART positive and on Sundays not many clinics are open. In the morning, we went to one clinic and was turned away because it wasn't a phpc clinic (it wasn't mentioned doctor visits had to be phpc one on website. Covid.sg I think?)
The clinic recommended another clinic which they said is open. We went but it was closed. I went to ask the other clinic at tiong bahru MRT but was turned down as they claimed they do not take art or PCR test for 80yo and below (anyway it was a less than 2star rating so I didn't argue)
Went home to find phpc clinics. Decided to call after the trouble. Mum can't walk for too long. Most didn't pick up except for yim. Greatly appreciate the Chinese reception lady who adviced me and also the room 1 doctor who is patient about addressing any doubts about the covid protocols

β β β β β Even though the clinic was busy (it was a Sunday!) the doctor I saw was really nice and took a long time to explain my illness and treatment. The receptionists were also friendly. I liked that the waiting area was outdoors so you weren't too close to other patients.
