★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a double espresso from here today (26 Apr 2021, 12pm). Pleasantly surprised by the mild acidity and creamy mouthfeel of the shot.
This is compared to the espresso I had at the other specialty coffee shop in the area (One Man Coffee), which was blindingly sour.
(I have no prior experience to good espresso, so take this review with a pinch of salt)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good coffee. This latest cup, made using the Gachala house blend of Colombia Garzon microlot and Guatemala Santa Isabel, had a chocolaty, nutty flavour with a medium body. However, the flavour wasn’t as good as their Super Seven blend of Mexico Guadelupe Zaju and Colombia Tablon de Gomez, which was available in an earlier visit. The cup of Super Seven had good aroma and a robust, balanced, fruity flavour with a medium body, good texture, and a rum aftertaste. Uses Meiji milk.
