Delectable pizzas with unique but not odd flavours. Modern and comfy interior design. Enjoyed my time there and def will visit again for their pizzas. 2 pizzas and 1 salad were enough for 4 girls to share although the greedier ones still felt a little unsatiated and hungry. Price was reasonable too

My husband and I had lunch at the beautiful Tipo Pizzeria this afternoon and ordered the calamari, arancini and the newly launched lamb & aubergine pizza. The pizza was delicious. However, the calamari was a little too salty and the arancini wasn’t done up to the restaurant’s usual standard. I think it was just an off day in the kitchen as I’ve visited recently before and had a wonderful experience. During my last visit, the arancini, was delicious with its delightfully light and crispy crust and truffle dipping sauce - the flavours were very well balanced. The crab parpadelle, with a hint of yuzu, was divine. We gave our feedback on the calamari and arancini to Zul, whom I think may be the restaurant manager since he was there on my last visit too. We didn’t expect anything apart from him sharing the feedback with the kitchen for future improvements, but Zul apologised for the experience and went over and beyond in terms of service recovery. The two items were waived from our bill, we were given a discount on the pizza, and Zul offered us tea and tiramisu on the house. Freebies aside, my husband and I were genuinely impressed and touched by Zul’s sincerity. This is a restaurant that is receptive to feedback and strives to give its best. The staff team is also always polite, friendly and sincere in their service. I have no doubt that Tipo Pizzeria will continue growing from strength to strength, and I will definitely be visiting again.

The restaurant is located inside the Stamford Arts Centre. The ambience is nice and relaxing. They surprised us with a complementary appetizer, which is the chef’s creation. We ordered the beef ragu campanelle, madam margie pizza & mushroom madness from the kid’s menu. Also had a nero mocktail. Overall, the food was good! The pasta was handmade. It was a pleasant experience.

We ordered a few pasta and built our own pizza. Surprisingly the pizza was the highlight of the evening. The grilled aubergines and salty turkey ham goes well together with garlic cream cheese. Definitely will visit again to try other dishes. Oh yes! The tea cocktail is a must try. I had Nero which was a combination of apple, passionfruit and strawberry. Delicious risotto ball and pesto pizza. The taste of creamy crab pasta was a bit weird for our palate but the texture of pasta was perfect. Will come back again to try other dishes!

Visited in Feb 2022: Food was so-so. Calamari was over-battered. Pasta had decent amount of clams but flavour was just not hitting, if you know what I mean. Pizza was tasty but I felt like the amount of mushrooms on it didn't really scream "madness". Quite glad there was a lunch time deal, otherwise I think it's quite pricey. Likely wouldn't come back again, sorry... Think the original Pasta Bar is better.

Food wasn’t the best for the price ($95 in total). Not sure to describe the flavours as unique or weird.. did not find any crab in the creamy crab pasta, calamari was bland, pizza had a unique/weird stout taste, fat wings was average. wouldn’t go back. The Tipo Pasta Bar is still better.

Booked for a dinner here, reservation was easy to make and service staff were friendly and attentive. The food was so good too! We had the uni gnocchi, Madam Margie pizza, lamb ribs and s’mores pizza. We enjoyed the mock tails as well!! Will definitely be back here for the food and lovely ambience ?
