Food was very tasty & served extremely quickly. This is a great cheaper eat for the whole family. We discovered it in Japan, so we're very happy to find it in Singapore.

The quality is very so so, but it is just for value, the price point is very cheap so I think it is a good deal. But sometimes for pasta I may prefer to pay a bit more for better quality. Lastly for drinks, lack of choices, no tea or coffee and also on my dining day 50% of the drinks are not available.

Was at the Somerset outlet on 10 Apr 22 at around 12pm with my family. The restaurant was not crowded then and we were the only one in the queue. We had to wait for about 10 minutes and was not ushered to a table . During our wait, a customer came out to pay and another customer ordered a take away. Both customers came to the counter after us and were served promptly while we waited…..after which she ignored all of us and went off to serve other customers in the restaurant instead. We asked this waitress by the name of Claire why she could not usher us to a table first instead of making us stand and waited. She rudely replied that they were short of staff and it was their policy not to usher customers to table if they can’t serve the customers. This seem like a lame excuse. A staff with good customer service mentality would first bring the customers to a table first, explain to the customers that they are busy at the moment and will return to serve later, instead of asking customers to wait. Even after we talk to Claire, she continued to let us wait and went off nonchalantly…..we requested to speak with the manger and while we waited….Claire came out black face to show us to our table saying she’s busy and insisted that we’re suppose to stand outside and wait since she CANNOT serve us. She stormed off again after showing us to our table……. We understand that the restaurant is short of staff….if this was conveyed to us in a friendly and professional manner, and usher to our table instead of standing outside, we feel valued as customers…. I hope that Saizeriya can help Claire and improve her staff service quality.

easy access from mrt station. queue is always long, but you can get a seat in less than 30 mins place is cozy and spacious. you can follow a link to order (system is lagging) food quality is good at an affordable price. staff are always helpful despite of the busyness of the place

We know it is a value priced meal, but pls dont ignore on the taste itselves. Ordered pizza pinepapple with bacon taste very nice, but the other 3 dishes are really a big let down. Mozarella ball tasteless, spaghetti bolognaise tasteless, hamburg steak have a very gamey taste.

Service is quick at an odd hour. $5.90 for a normal-sized plate of pasta. No gst. No service charge. Food is kinda OK but what's there to complain about if it's $5.90 and I'm like really hungry. Place has like a run-down feel so don't expect great atmosphere

Usually have no issue with Saizeriya and its food. However, this visit was awful. Guess the chef must be having a bad day. The soup had a lump in it, the squid was too salty and peppery, and the chicken... too salty. It wasn't a nice meal. :( Kinda scared to visit this particular outlet now. Oh. This outlet also switched off half the lights while there were still diners inside. I guess it's to chase customers out? Not too nice of them. They switched them off around 9:30pm, and google states they close at 10pm?

Food is ok at a really value for money price. Food is cheap, tastes ok and service is fast. Bismarck pizza was great, especially with the soft egg. Ravioli was also good especially when I added tobasco. Chicken tenders could be crispier. Cheese chicken was a bit over cooked and dry today. Escargot had no butter, different recipe from last time?
