Every time we see Dr Eunice throughout the pre-natal visits, despite her busy schedule, she has been encouraging & reassuring, and also support our decision to go for natural labor. Our baby is a big baby of almost 3.9kg. On the labor day, we almost wanted to give up going natural because wife has been induced for hours, but through discussion with Dr Eunice, we persevered and managed to give birth to our baby naturally. Dr Eunice encouraged skin to skin contact after birth with the baby while she stitched my wife up quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with Dr Eunice Chua and her team to help us through this first pregnancy. Kudos!
U	Urvi Parikh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the other review, I've been coming to this clinic for my annual checkups for 4 years and the waiting time is always super long despite having an appointment. On an average I've waited for anything between 40mins to 1 hour. This is extremely inconvenient went you're taking time off work on weekdays. The staff is extremely disorganized even on phone when giving appointments. When you check with them on the expected wait time, you don't get a clear answer. I've only put up with this because the doctors are really good. Something needs to be done about getting their admin setup right.
L	Liana LS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Eunice Chua is great and made me feel really comfortable to do my routine check up. She's very informative and answers questions very clearly. The wait time is an hour which is expected. I planned my timing accordingly and it worked out well. Highly recommended.
g	greynight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctors but really really poor management/ mishandling client's info. Seriously they need to change all admin ppl there. they wasted my time A LOT. Don't understand. Don't know how many times I being asked to come to clinic again and again for all kind of absurd reasons. I decided to go for another check up from other clinic for second opinion. because I can't fully trust a test result from them. not sure even that one is my mine or someone else. can't believe this is SG hospital standards....... (GP clinic would better this ......)
E	Eve Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been seeing Dr Paul Tseng for 10 years for the births of my children and my experience with him had been wonderful. He is a pro-natural doctor and is also a very calming and assuring doctor. He is someone with excellent bedside manners. I also appreciate the service of the nurses in the clinic, and no doubt waiting is unavoidable as they can be busy at times, they have all proven to be friendly and helpful. Hope there will be more doctors in Singapore like Dr. Paul. Keep up the good work! ?

P	Pei Hua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't trust anyone else besides Dr Eunice Chua with my pregnancy. She's experienced, calm, patient and motherly. I felt I was in good hands throughout, all the way till I was in labour. The wait time is now managed a lot better. There's still a wait but it's usually like that when the doctor is in high demand and very good. Thank you Dr Chua :)
