★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very old school community centre. Quiet and peaceful surroundings... maybe good for students to do self study here. Badminton courts are also available for booking over the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, Air-conditioned hall on the 1st level, comfortable TV area on the 2nd level.
On the other hand, access to this CC is difficult.. the front gate is at the back. If you want to access the side gate facing the main road, you need climb stairs, not handicap friendly. Going in from the back is not that easy either, still need to climb a few steps. If you want to avoid stairs, you need to make a big round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naturekid program every Saturday for low income only. Can Register for vaccination, collect masks and also near by lorong 7 market. Staff are very polite and helpful to resident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toa Payoh East CC is a little small compared to Whampoa CC, Kallang CC but has what is needed for the residences. There are another 3 CC - South, West and Central around Toa Payoh to go to if East does not has the stuff you are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended my son's award ceremony grace by the local MP here. Hugh area with loads of rooms for courses & activities. Hugh multi purpose hall with aircon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toa Payoh East Community Centre is a place I visit on a weekly basis for my hoop fitness workout.
The room that we do our exercise in is clean and bright with good audio sound system and air con to keep us engaged.
The outdoor space also allowed a big community to do exercises there.
They have electronic waste bin collection point there as well.
