The current photo isn't showcasing the market..its the Teochew Restaurant outside the market and near the oublic car park. Great choice of food especially for the foodies! Good Char Kuay Teow(highly elusive, just when you think thier open...they're actually closed), Wanton Noodles, Even a good Western stall there. The fried hokkien mee is great.. The white been hoon is so so...but its expensive because of the hype of it. Truly good and honest food stuff in this market..love to eat here whenever I come by.

Neighbourhood market and food centre that has variety of food for everyone. Some stalls, like the seafood white beehoon, kway chap, prawn noodle needs you to queue for a while as they are very popular. Food served will vary in the morning and evening.

Same old place. Food prices had increased ranging $0.50 to $1.00. some of the stalls (only very few) are maintaining the same price so far but believe it's just a matter of time for them to rise the prices. A few of the stalls had changed out. 3.5 stars to be exact.

About half the number of stalls opened on a Thursday morning. Long queues at the prawn noodle/ laksa stall and Bak Chor Mee stall which are side by side, nearer to the wet market. Plenty of seats available at about 9-10am.

Tried and would recommend the tian tian fa oyster omelette, seletar sheng mian and four seasons chendol. But long queues (>20 mins wait) for the former two when we were there on Sunday at 11am. Wanton mee (black signboard) looked popular, but sauce was missing something. Wanton soup was not bad though.

Went there for lunch today. Wide choice of food which was of a good standard and very reasonably priced compared with other similar places. Quite airy and cool despite the current hot spell. There is a big open space car park with plenty of lots available. Surrounding the eating area are a good selection of standalone shops.

THE place for authentic, local, hawker fare. Yes, the ventilation is an issue but if you want affordable local food then you gotta put up with it. Try the stall which sells fish slices with butter gourd. It's to die for.

Great food stalls. Wasn't too busy last night. I wish they stayed open longer. Only 5 folks allowed at each table due to covid restrictions
