rude cashier. not able to converse properly. tea was diluted. payment machine fault - failed to process a few times, cashier accused that my card has problem - even when I used a few card. subsequently worked.

I really feel v disappointed with here staff service I don't know where's does she from but her name is Luong thitnaao something like that I when do get my breakfast (sometimes I came over this shop) but she served with v bad attitude so I asked fm her can u say nicely?she ask me to complain so I did :) Y so big company's still have to keep this kind of staff? Her fm looks like Vietnamese...

Extremely poor service, just now I went to redeem the promotion of buy 1 get 1 free for $5.70 set on UOB promotion. I spoke to a lady ( a China lady, doesn't speak English well) regarding this redemption. She said I don't know anything ( I wandering as a staff should know the promotion, she keeps saying I don't know anything) she ask me to wait for her colleague. I waited for a few minutes, I saw a lady with hair tied. I show her the promotion, she ask me to press use it now then she gave me their password. I keyed in the password she gave me .. it shows connection is off, I did on my 4G. Then I reconnect, it still cannot connect. I show her the connection is off, she said she cannot do anything, i told her I already key their password. Suddenly it shows already used. Omg! I shows her the message.I didn't use how come it shows I already used it. I was frustrated ask her how? She keeps saying she can't do anything. I was very angry then I went off. I think and think , I went back to them again. And ask whether can get this promotion . She said she can't gave me the redemption. I just want to treat my friend this breakfast. Because she ever treat me. Is a bad luck day for me? I wandering can't she call her superior and ask whether she can give, she don't even do that straight away rejected me. I won't go there anymore.

Got here around 3pm, the place was full. The guy manning the counter kept apologising and kept a lookout for an empty space. Once there was one, he quickly 'chope' the place for me (being first in queue). Forgot to ask his name but thank you.

The service is very poor, everytime the order is wrong even though there is absolutely no crowd that they are busy/rushing. Once they also tried adding extra items in the bill despite not even mentioning it. Good thing we glanced at the cashier screen before paying..

This genre of cafe scheduled to open only at 9am which to me this needs to be reviewed. Apart from that the service staff was impolite when ask when is the opening time. To set yourself in orchard I would expect front line service staff to be more approachable. Thanks

Staffs attitude is not good. Food taste is normal.

The good thing about this chain of local fast food is that you can expect a level of convenience, quality and price throughout Singapore. This particular outlet was no different. We had breakfast there. The mee rebus and prawn noodles were reasonable. More picky eaters would be able to find much better versions of each elsewhere.
