β β β β β The standard of toast box is on steep decline. No consistency in their coffee.. ask for gao but so diluted. The bread is not even warm. And got our orders wrong. Extremely disappointing. You have lost a customer.

β β β β β A good kopi stall brand and as a breadtalk group's member, it gives the best. For my taste, the Kopi is better than Kopitiam's and Yakun's though comparable with Wang's and Killiney's. The kaya toast is not as great as Yakun's but it is not bad. The half-boiled egg is quite consistent. The Teh is one of the best in Singapore. The only one that I do not really like is it's Kopi O.
The Eastpoint branch has more seats than its normal branch though not air-conditioned since the seats are outside the building (though it's fully covered)
For non mandarin speakers, Breadtalk group looks like really reduce their employee qualities to reduce cost so sometimes you will get a wrong order or payment misunderstanding.

β β β β β Very nice and kind sales lady who is doing the tea. Last week when I needed a couple of hot water and plan to buy it but without buying a cup of tea because I have drank many on that day already, she gave me a free one out of her compassion and kindness. That's why I like Toast Box, it is not just a place for a drink but a place to make you feel warm, welcomed and relaxed. And the cleaner is good, kept the tables and and chairs clean to make me feel comfortable to enjoy a drink there.

β β β β β Good ambience and experience here. Food is abit pricey but expected. Lots of chain restaurants for toast box. I enjoy their mee rebus and curry chicken. Some outlets have fried bee hoon for breakfast. Be early as they are always gone by 11am.

β β β β β I was at the Toast Box Simei outlet this afternoon after 3pm. I ordered iced barley and I gave the cashier the Toast Box card plus the $2. I know itβs only $.50 using the card but the cashier returned me the $2 and ask me for $.50 so I gave him one 20 cents, two ten cents and two five cents coins thatβs all I gave from my coin purse but he says he will NOT accept the 5 cents coins. I told him this is legally tendered coins from the Government why would he not accept it. So I want to know why Toast Box not accepting 5 cents coins.
