★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2019, I came here on the morning of my enlistment to make a pair of black spectacles (mine was silver) and it was made literally within an hour. Though it is true that it is no longer compulsory to wear black spectacles, it’s a sturdy pair I still wear today when I’m home. Additionally, I’ve gotten my contact lenses here and they’ve always checked to make sure my eyes are fine and also took the time to make sure (when I switched from daily to bi-weekly lenses) that everything was fine. They even gave me a pair of trail lenses on-top of the lenses I ordered when I started wearing lenses/switched to bi-weekly lenses in case I couldn’t adjust/had problems with the lenses and offered for me to return my lenses if that were the case.
From army to university, they’ve ensured my vision is clear. Thankful to them.

Special shout out to Ms Susan for her attention to details, patience and professionalism. She is readily to help and make sure we walk out of Kai Joo satisfied, happily with clearer vision.
