It was unfortunate that I had Tokio Marine as my car insurance! All arranged by Honda motors . It has been 3 years and my address is still not updated . When I contacted the agent from Honda I was told Tokio insurance has already updated the address , to date still not updated. I am afraid that if they send hard copy to my old address, my NRIC number will be exposed ! Isn’t this a breached or PDPA ? I was also told they are going paperless but mistakes do happen where people do not communicate! One say paperless and the other will still send out hard copy. More so in this Tokio Marine Insurance where their staff just couldn’t be bothered doing their job properly !!! Please avoid Tokio Marine Insurance at all cost !

Worst health care insurance. Warning avoid this company at all costs. User experience on their portals is very poor. Customer service is lacking and they only offer an extremely small selection of healthcare providers (many of which have terrible reviews)

I have read a few unpleasant experience for Tokio Marine Insurance.MUST READ or regret. But I am TRULY very Respectful to Tokio Marine Insurance. You must know what is the Main purpose of a car insurance. It is to protect you against Outrageous claims from the Experienced Accident Claims Expert. What PUZZLE me a lot about the minor accident is that I DISCOVERED that, even during a very minor accident with NO injury, ANY Claimants still can claim for SERIOUS PAINS injury easily.
