Try it with or without chilli. Both versions are equally good. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Springy noodles and tasty chilli. Need to get more meat out of it. Bigger order consists of more noodles. Regular neighbor here. Better noodles in this area But this store always closed.
Downside: No fixed days or timing. Just went today Tuesday and suddenly it’s closed. Monday was closed too. Sometimes they close for weeks. Guess they are semi retired…..
Update - early March closed for two weeks again.
Four stars deserved coz taste grade is good. However the absence of regular opening days (Ie google listing doesn’t show) turns me off and you can’t possibly look forward to make a trip to an opened stall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried another wanton noodle from Bedok North street 3 but at a different hawker centre. this stall is located at the Blk511. This stall is located on the row facing the road and they are just beside the popular stall selling Bcm. Shortly after I order, a queue begin to formed behind me. Wanton noodle starts from SGD$3 onwards. This stall is run by serval elderly ladies.
Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of noodle was springy. Sauce was a little too salty for my liking. The charsiew is paper thin and wanton were decent. However the wanton noodle does have the 古早味. I am sure there is a reason why this stall is so popular.
