★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good business centre and with good security. Does not impose on crowds of Filipinas on Sundays and having huge space in front of building. Should plant large trees for shade so 6enants get a chance to sit for coffee.... if they lease space for coffee maker and chairs.
It is an ordinary concrete block of a building. Clean and cool inside. Tenanted long term
