β β β β β Had the worst experience here. Sent my good italian violin for sound adjustment and explained whats its lacking of. To my dismay, the sound of my violin totally changed for the worst when i got it back. The underlying problem here is that Ming Xi does not listen carefully to player's needs and wants but do things his own way. Went back a few times to fix the problem but with no results. Can also see that he doesn't know anything about violin making and properties. On top of that, the price is extremely costly for the service that you're getting. Service at your own risk!

β β β β β I went to TMX at esplanade recently to get a cello for my father and the service that Niran provided was phenomenal! He explained the different cellos and matched the perfect cello for me just the way I hoped it would be! He provided many additions on top of the original cello which I was very appreciative of as it was our very first professional cello. His friendliness is something we always appreciate to have in any kind of service and I can not thank him enough for pairing the right cello for me!
