★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiences with Dr Olivia was not bad.
An emergency visit due to pain, but was attended by an male young Dr which can tell very inexperienced. Couldn't find which problem tooth and after I told him, he end up doing cleaning only for 1 tooth. But I got charged full cleaning fee plus consultantion.
The visit didn't help solve my problems, suffer the pain for more than a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the clinic on 11 Feb due to a toothache I had been enduring for the past 3 days. First of all, the counter staff was super friendly to try to find a slot for me. Then when it was my turn, Dr Cindy took photos of the problems I had and explained to me what kind of procedures she intended to do. At the end, she encouraged me the correct way of brushing and assured my condition will get better. Indeed, she is a very caring and dedicated dentist. She also constantly checking if I am ok. Enjoyed the overall experience! Kind of expensive but it is worth it as you will get the best service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I made appointment with them, came 15mins earlier before my appointment, and they always let me wait for at least 30 mins. Whats the point of making appointment? So disrespectful to other’s time! Dont recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dentist Dr Poh is great, but they really suck at planning for appointments. I have to wait 20-30 mins every-time even though I come on time. They need to care about peoples schedules and not waste their time
