S	Saiba Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Went at 7 when it opens and till 7:50 the doctor hadn't arrived. Asked the staff and they said he usually comes at 745 - then they should change the timings without making sick people wait for 45mins and then the queue waiting on top of that if you come 4/5th in line. Came to the wonderful clinic at everton a 3nin walk away
P	Peiting lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading through the reviews here and it seems that Dr Phua has made at least one other misdiagnosis apart from my case. He was extremely dismissive when I shared my concerns about having a particular health condition and insisted that I was wrong because I'm "too skinny". Luckily I sought a second opinion and it turned out that my suspicions proved to be right. I went back to him with my medical report and he sneered at it, commenting that I was "weird". An unkind and rather snide Dr, I must say. I haven't been back since that episode. Hope he has improved on his service standards since then (if he is still the anchor Dr at the clinic).
l	liana rosnita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced an unpleasant incident here today (Wednesday 7th of February, 2018). My 10-year-old son was so ill, he could not walk. I was carrying him. I mention this because it would have been clear to the staff working the counter during this time. When I entered the clinic at 4.08pm, I was informed the clinic was no longer taking in patients. I knew she saw my son but still, I pleaded that my son was in a bad way. The counter staff then told me that the last appointment was at 4.15pm. It was only 4.08pm, and I told her so. She replied saying there were "10 more patients waiting" but I only saw 1 other, accompanied by a grandmother, making it a total of 2 people waiting as far as I could see. The staff was curt and did not suggest alternatives. She could not care less and did not even look at me when she spoke.
C	Concerned Patient on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at 10am. Very slow service. Dont ever do walk ins 1 hr after the opening time. The staff will not tell you how many patients are in the queue. Ended up there were at least 10+ others who had come down in the morning to "chope" and then leave to go do their things before coming back. Ended up waiting 3 hours (through lunch) to see doctor. The good thing is Dr Phua. He was patient and made sure to comprehensively address my illness. He even answered some quick questions i had about prevention. Would recommend going, but not without a prior appointment.
J	Junsuk Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for over a year now. Dr. Phua is the best doctor. very compassionate and knowledgeable. The only downside of this clinic is that patients love him too much and there are so many patients all the time.

I stayed in pinnacle for 2 years and went to his clinic every time. Now I have moved to other place , but the doctors near my house are not as knowledgeable as Dr Phua, and they are more expensive. I now come back to him when I see a doctor. As long as he helps me, It is the right medicine, very effective to be treated my illness ! I found that only Dr Phua's clinic in the vicinity opens late at night, and all the other clinics close very early. He has really made a great contribution to the residents in the surrounding area!
