Be prepare to wait for over 30mins during lunch time. Handmade Noodles topped with meat balls, ikan bilis, mushroom and vegetable tossed with black sweet sauce. . This is not the type of noodles that I like as I preferred those thin Mee Kia (Hong Kong style) but I think those who love ban mian will like this. . Decided to try this popular hand made noodle stall at beauty world hawker center. Even though there is no queue literally, still need to wait 10 mins for my order. Ordered one fish ban mian and dried Umian with chilli. The soup base for the ban mian is pretty strong and tasty. They used yellow bean and ikan billis to cook the soup base. portion is decent, price slightly expensive at $5. Umiam dry the sauce is tasty and strong. Chilli is pretty spicy too and its not the typical chilli sauce. I believe they make their own chilli sauce. The noodle was unfortunately undercooked and pretty hard. Another thing to note is they don't provide chopped red chilli padi with soy sauce. If want a saucer of their chilli it will cost 30cents. Overall good to try but not worth to queue more then 30mins for it

my all time fave banmian stall. Always order the dry version, their homemade chilli & dark sauce combi is heavenly! But most people will find their chilli too spicy so can request to put at the side to self mix. Also sometimes the queue can get really long during lunch hours or weekends. towards dinner time, it is better to call in to check if they are still open as the closing hour is subjected to their food availability. nevertheless, still my number 1 always

Ordered the small bowl and as it turns out, the portion was tiny! The soup here is light and refreshing, while the anchovies are delicious! The noodles however were nothing amazing. Would advise people to come during the non-peak hours to avoid the queue which lasted an hour for me!

Decent bowl of dry noodles (U-mian) added abalone clams. Would give it a 4-5 star if it’s the standard pricing ($3-3.50). Otherwise not very value for money but still worth trying.

We arrived when the auntie just started her break at 3:30 pm. They stated β€œ30 min break” but I think it’s more like 1 hour break. We lingered around to wait, and the auntie remembered us and took us for the first order after she reopened at 4:30 pm. The dry noodle is really one of the best I’ve had. Their hand made noodle has a chewy and nice texture. They charge for extra chili but the one they give in the noodle is already spicy enough. Their ban mian noodle has a rich soup which made us crave for more. The only drawback I have is the queue, you gonna have to wait for a while since there were only 2 people manning the stall.

Very good bowl of ban mian at the usual affordable hawker price. Dry noodles were good and the soup was very tasty. Only downside is that the wait can be extremely long, especially during the weekends. We queued for 30+ minutes and the hawker centre is super humid (despite being on the top floor).

Located in Beauty World Centre, top floor hawker. This stall has long queue everytime, and it takes a while to get your food. You queue to make payment and get a number. Once the number lights up, it is your turn to collect the food. Wait was about 30min during a weekday afternoon. They sell handmade noodles here, just like their stall name suggests. Top #1 is debatable, but I do think they can contest for that position. Noodles are extremely tasty, yet affordable. Noodles are thick, and the soup is very eggy and addictive. I got the flat noodles like what you see in my picture. For sure worth the try!!! The long queue is worth it!
