Dun Tai Fung pork chop fried rice is 5⭐️. This deserves 4⭐️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $6.50 for a plate of Tom Yam fried rice that was so salty, it could easily kill a person with high blood pressure. (Not kidding).
To add on, the rice was of inferior quality. One could easily tell by the short flat shape of the grains. The shrimp inside was also rubbery in texture. Maybe it was not fresh. I had to give up eating after just 2 spoonfuls. Very bad quality fried rice.
