L	Learn To Argue Before You Talk to Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Asked to remain the length of the cut but just trim the uneven parts of the hair slightly and the hairdresser took out a huge cutting scissors and snipped off a huge chunk of my fringe (AND without making sure its lined properly). Never have I seen before a hairdresser use that kind of scissors for a delicate part of the hair. It ended up EVEN more uneven. I voiced my concern and she quickly tried to end the service with a displeased attitude. Utterly disappointed.

D	Duncan Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly look into re-training your staff please. Went for a haircut just an hour ago and it was a disaster. Please consider retraining your staff (in particular Kelvin Ong who provided the service). I asked to layer the back and he ended up cutting a slope. Asked to trim the rest and he ended up chopping them all off. Sides were uneven and now I have a patch of 'grass' on top of my head. Aside from not being able to get my money's worth. Now I have to waste more time and more money going somewhere else to fix the problem your staff created due to their inexperience. $10 is a gamble. The quality has dropped significantly throughout the years. I am utterly disappointed, what an absolute waste of my time and money.

Today I saw the male staff rudely chase out a father whose kid is having a haircut there, because he “didnt have a ticket” and even though the guy was explaining his kid got scared if he not there. There was no one in queue so the bench was practically empty too. I’m not returning here any more. Wish it is possible to give them a rating lower than 1 star.
E	Evelyn Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family is a regular customer but maybe not anymore. Today cut was horrible, usually this don't happen . My Qno.372 and 373. Left and right side is not same. Told the stylist that need shorter trim at the back( as student must follow school rules) but the stylist insisted his way cos it will look mushroom. He also chit chat all the way with his co worker about phone , while cutting the hair for my son and resulting in this ugly hair cut. We hope Mr Zhongden can pay more attention to his customer during a hair cut the next time.
