V	Vincent Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 2 haircuts here during Circuit Breaker as it was nearby my place. I am actually rather satisfied with the haircut. Just to highlight that during CB, the put up haircut at $12+ for mens. During my 2nd visit, called and ask if hairstylist is working and if the price is still at $12+. I totally understand that they can't be priced at $12+ all the time. But if the prices have revert back to your original pricing, which is fine. Would appreciate if you are open and communicate to your customers first on the pricing before the haircut and not during or after. It is somehow misleading if the price is only meant for junior hairstylist now (11 June 2020 onwards) to avoid any miscommunication or unnecessary conflicts.

I had uneven haircut, something i would not expect from a senior stylist. Also, the hairstylist kept touching his hair when cutting mine. I would expect more professionalism. Disappointed first experience. Would never patronise again.

I bleach my hair 4 times beforehand. Imagine how light my hair is. But I was told that I have to bleach again and bleaching is $100. Color $65. I don't get it why bleaching is that much. Hmm.. But nevermind this my 1st and last. I'll give business to other saloon. 2 days after coloring my hair. Just after 2 days of coloring now the color is no longer what I asked for. Now it's grey. Since the day I colored my hair I've not shampoo it. I was told to shampoo my hair with purple shampoo once a week. Now I'm utterly disappointed. Waste of money and time!

I was getting tired of tying hair n hurting my scalp) to a nice bob style. I was dropping hair and feeling headache having to tie hair due to hot weather. As I walked around east point I came across the hair secret. I did not book any appointment. An experienced hair stylist Louis cut Bob style for me. I'm glad the 2 hours hair cut turn out better than I had expected. Louis was sincere polite n he knows exactly what length suits me. N what length to cut to avoid any untidiness later in the weeks to come. There was no hard selling of making me pay extra for anything.. my hair was originally copper brown and I did colouring of the hair roots only. Highly recommended stylist Louis. Shop owner is a very experienced lady. Highly recommended.

Gotten a cut and colour service on a weekday late afternoon. Eve was professional and she gave me some tips on how to take care of my hair. No hard selling and I would recommend others to come. Do get vouchers from Fave if you’re still skeptical.

Professional hair dresser Ms Irene nailed it and another hair dresser whom blowed my hair was so professional towards the work. Overall time and money spent is worth the work. Thank you for the beautifully layered hair ?
