The black sauce isn't overly sweet so that's good. The chilli paste used on the white version is sweetish and nice - in fact, more chilli would be nicer. This stall's carrot cake is not the soft type. Slightly more dense but not too dense, as what I noticed in Ghim Moh's popular fried carrot cake. Overall, big portions, good wok hei, nice-enough cake texture, service is quite fast (15mins) - indeed, a pleasant dish to have. I would return here.
