Enjoyment does not necessarily has to be pricey, food centre with ample seating place even outdoor seating is available just by the roadside by having a yummy Katong Laksa will adding joy of appreciation, at the same time can observe people walking to and fro by the lane. Shalom!?

Generally this hawker centre actually serve very good food in general but wife made the mistake of ordering carrot cake and fried oyster from the pictured stall. $5 or lua with no fried egg or oysters, just fried flour and spring onion. Maybe the old uncle had a bad day or too tired but it is one of the worst food we ever had. Needless to say, we struggled to attempt to eat. Left half the plate untouched.

Have been coming for breakfast here on and off for the more than the past 12 years, prepared by the same gentleman... consistently good noodles. My personal favorite is the fish ball bee hoon soup. The bah chor mee is highly recommended too.

Small hawker center surrounded by restaurants, bars, and other retailers. It has a small wet market in the back with a couple of fruit stalls. Conveniently located right off the Circle Line (CC21) MRT which is just one stop from Farrer Road CC20 MRT station for folks coming from D'Leedon.

Tried the dry beef hor fun for dinner at 6 pm as recommended by a reviewer here and it’s not bad, beef slices were tender and nice and there is good wok hei! For $5, it’s pretty decent. And the chef is plump and friendly too!

Best kept secret at HV is this life changing dry ban mian. Best in Singapore and I always come back. Somehow their sauce is better than anywhere else in Singapore.
