Please don’t ever engage this travel agency. Booked a tour with them for my parents in November 2019 for a tour to turkey in May 2020 but had to cancel in 2020 due to covid-19. I made a deposit of $2000 for the 2 pax package and was promised that $1600 will be refunded to me when their office opened after circuit breaker in 2020. Fast forward to today (May 2022), the refund was not made. They ignored CASE’s approaches to get a refund on my behalf, ignored the notice to attend the small claims tribunal hearing. They are still in operation today and all their staff could say to me is that they are checking and checking. Which decent agency takes 2 years to check and process any refund, despite CASE and customer reaching out to them repeatedly for 2 years? Visited their office yesterday and someone promised to get back by today, with the possibility of making refund through paynow. Haven’t heard anything yet and the person is not in office again. Spoke to their colleague who said they will check but again no updates. Called to check and she said she is busy with another customer. What a shameless, dishonest and unethical business. Please don’t ever trust your money with them.
