Please be careful when buy their product. I’m N user for Trentios which is same company with Avolta. I’m using their portable aircond around 1 and a half year Having leakage problem more than 3 times 1st time is within one year The 2nd time is on exact after 1 year So please be aware when buy their products. Thanks

Bought 5 year extended warranty for my midea air con. Request for checking of leaking air con.even after regular servicing.Paid $75 for them to come down and check as it is within warranty period. Never even do anything about the leaking problem. Just checked and say need chemical. What lousy service. Please do not buy 5yr warranty from them. Gain city is still a better bet☹

Brought a portable aircon 9 months ago. The portable aircon start to shut off by itself from time to time. Sometimes not cold anymore. Makes lots of noises. As we used it over 6 months, but still within the one year warranty. We called in and request for a repair. However, their charges for repair, is ridiculous. Checking the portable aircon $30, delivery $45, IF spare parts spoilt then they will changed it for free, IF there is no problem with the spare parts means they would not change or another word did nothing but just checking and transportation already cost us $75. PLUS, they said will take roughly AT LEAST 5 working days to check depending on the problem. We did asked them what if really there is no problem with the spare parts, could they at least help us clean our aircon and refill the gas since we paid $75 and spare parts should be free if there is any defects. BUT NO. Servicing such as cleaning and refilling of gas cost almost $100++ more including $75. Which means if there is no defects in our spare parts, we had to spend nearly $200++ just to clean, refill of gas, deliver and CHECK? That is almost half of the price that we spend on buying their portable aircon. I am not sure about what others' point of view, but to me, they are clearly, conning consumer. When we purchase this portable aircon, it was provided a year warranty and because our portable aircon only shows its defect after 6 months, we had to pay $30 just to let them CHECK, and delivery $45, which means 2 way transportation cost $22.50 each. Think of it, for them to investigate/check a portable aircon would be like a finger tips task for them as they are specialize in this field. It just feels like we are helping Avolta pay their engineer's salaries. I will definitely not buy anymore products of them anymore, and will highly not recommend Avolta to anyone. Honestly, if i could give 0 star i would, but to post this review i had to fill up 1 star.

Nightmare with this aircon. Bought less then a month starts to leak water. Call their servicing which come with 2 free service. Service personnel came and use wire to poke the aircon unit holes and after that says ok. Finished with using paper tower to clean. After that, never uses their servicing. Recently called me that says they changed their management servicing. Then I willing to try since having some gas leakage issue. Told me they will charge because it's not under package warranty. Will to pay. But during a day before service visit, told me have to change date because they have more important servicing else where that my area only me. I have made the appointment 10 days ago. This going to be the last time I trust them and this brand. Anyone know who can I report to? The unit only less then 1.5 years old. System 3 unit.

They installed my aircon 5 years ago. I do my routine servicing religiously. But within 3 years of use, started leaking at the joints. Inspected by other technicians, they said workmanship not good, as evidenced from the leaking corners. Costly and inconvenient to replace. Today their customer service called me to inform of servicing promotion, I feedback about this and she said will check and hung up. Never called back.

Firstly, during the initial installation of my Trentios heater the rain shower head which i purchased was not brought down as it was "overlooked". In fact the item was also out of stock so i had to wait almost a month for restock. Secondly, once the shower head was back in stock and installed in my bathroom, it barely held up for a day before suddenly just falling off the wall!

We bought trentios aircon unit about 7 years ago and did a repiping and chemical wash (unit) in 2019. Every year, we will face with water dripping in our hall and one of the room unit. Today, again, is dripping. Save your money to go for well established brand of aircon.

SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING BETTER. Their portable aircon is the worst product I have bought in 10 years. Brought back for servicing due to control panel issue for 3 times, and issue is still not fixed. I can't describe how incompetent their technical and service staff are. Their products are inferior and should be thrown in the trash.
