Not crowded that is the most important as i dont like if the staff cant really attend to me . very professional will recommend my friends to come here. overall experience superb. love my hair colour

Went to De Aurora at bugis cube.. hair stylist francis and another guy is very nice and professional.. i went to them in 2017 before for hair colouring. This time is rebonding and hair colouring.. whole process are very good.. Francis know which colour is more suitable for me, i wanted bright colour.. and he told me the brown is better because i have dyed my hair previously by liese bubble.. if choose yellow will be 2 different colour at the bottom.. after following his suggestion the result is ?? bright and balance ?? love it! Its what i wanted! They are really good! Highly recommended!! Will go back to this shop in future again?

Went for my appointment and Jacky Lee assisted with my hair colouring. I doubted the hair colour that I want but he assured me that he will try his best. Kept it really professional and very friendly. He ensured that I had a smooth experience till the end. Thank you, Jacky.

I did Balayage hair color at the salon and top up $68 additional for K-gloss pink at the recommendation of the stylist. I had been to other salons previously for the Balayage look and as a comparison, the stylist that was assigned to me seems to have lesser experience in terms of the technical aspects of this hair design. I’m not impressed by the end result but that’s just my expectations vs reality. Overall the stylist is patient and diligent as it was a tedious color job.

I bought a deal from fave.com that covered hair colouring/highlights service, keratin treatment and senior specialist hair cut from this salon (priced at $43). I made my reservation at 2:00 p.m.(slot suggested by them) and arrived right in time, but received heavy crowd, all Hairdressers were occupied and appeared busy. The moment I walked in, the hairdresser who welcomed me in, glared at my darker hair tone, and immediately suggested bleaching, in case I wanted to go for any form of highlights. I did not want to pursue bleach and i insisted going directly for hair colouring, which he declined. I did my pre-research and I knew that L'Oréal Mejirel does work on darker hair shade and bleach is not required in all cases. However, due to the hairdresser suggesting bleach as the only option, I had to settle at that and had to top up for additional $100. It took him 1 hour to attend to me and finally proceed with bleaching. Waiting time for bleach to work was another 1 hour. In the interim, I continued to remind them to check the results, as everybody was busy. Looking at the outcome of the bleach, hairdresser did not suggest to go for a hair colour (easier job). When I insisted, he did not make any colour suggestions as he was not interested in for pursuing colouring and wanted bleach outcome to be the final highlight results. I chose copper rose colour and he asked to go for normal red as after a few weeks it will saturate and give the copper tins. I agreed on the suggestion. The colour application was fast, so was the keratin teatment, all done during the hair wash stage (in the sink). I was made to wait for another 10 minutes, probably for keratin to work. After which, haircut was performed. Even though the end result was good, I am dissatisfied with the way they manage my case since it was a difficult one. I won't be visiting them again. No hard selling, but he did propose a few treatments for my frizzy hair, which of course I didn't take. Sent via Outlook for Android
