★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to look at bathroom fittings and plumbing bits. I found them unhelpful and rude, especially when buying spare parts. They were also sarcastic as I left. As a designer and new neighbour it is disappointing and it makes me think why support local manufacturers when they are unfriendly, I may as well buy online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend help me purchase this Treo mixer 2511B from the said shop but when he fixed it and test, it turned out to be a faulty piece the pull knob can't even change between the different outlet. It indeed proven that there is totally no QUALITY CHECK from the manufacturer end.
My friend will need to make a return trip again for the change but i reminded him that do not take this brand again as i lost total trust and confidence to this brand "TERO". I wish to support local company but now i need think more than thrice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attracted by the good price and one of the efficient online shopping experience when Covid was settling in Singapore. I was served by a friendly lady and the process was stress-free with her good knowledge.
My strong recommendation is for the Boss who has good business ethics and empathy for his customers. My toilet bowl was damaged after CB and he helped me through the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilet bowl totally broke down after only 3 years, repairs from the official plumber of the shop require a total overhaul costing $250. In between the 3 years I replaced parts like 3 times. Don't buy, very poor quality.
