★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to secure a helper last minute for my mum who sustained a fracture unexpectedly. Throughout the entire process, Jin Yi (from the Owen Road branch) was very prompt in her replies and very encouraging. She provided details and answered all my questions to the best of her abilities. She was also very willing to arrange tele interviews with my shortlisted helpers.
After interacting with other agencies, Trinity seemed the most reliable and open in their communications, so I decided to engage the helper from them even though I had never visited the company before. Everything was done online until the deployment day.
The helper has been with us for about 3 days and she seems very experienced and willing to learn. She also gets along alright with my current helper who is attending to my kids.
I would recommend Trinity to my friends. Having said that, i must add that we need to interview the helpers to find the one who is the best fit. But i would say that Trinity has a good selection of experienced helpers’ biodatas.
