We engaged Island Maids through Jayden and he was prompt in getting us an English speaking confinement nanny. Our Nanny was Aunty Loo (Loo Sai Moi) and she was a great help to us in our first month of the baby's arrival. Being new parents and away from family, we needed an expert hand to guide us with all the baby activities and we couldn't have a better option than Aunty Loo. I thank Island Maids for a wonderful service :-)

Horrible experience at island maid amk. The agent was super friendly when we first met her. All went well until my new indo helper came our place and almost DIED in my house on day 3. Imagine the horror experience!! This happened in Jan 2020. Helper came everything was good and on day three morning I didn't see the new helper out of her bedroom so went in to check on her. Gosh !! She was gasping for air in the room...omg!! Like a fish out of water. No time for ambulance. I zoomed her to the nearest hospital minutes away which was private as we panicked that she may literally die in my car or home. Doctors there came out to see helper first as it was such emergency and fast forward the scary experience... She was having a severe asthma attack. Stayed in that hospital for few days discharged and was told the insurance we bought didn't cover private hospital. Lesson number one learnt ....never send your helper to private hospital unless you wish to pay the heavy bills yourself. During this few days everyone at island maid turned from such friendly staff to people without any care or responsibilty for what happened to you as an employer of new helper in three days. They accused maid for not declaring her health status... They said they already very kind they willing to pay for tickets to send her home....can u imagine??? No apologies no agent fees refunds ...black faces. Unanswered calls ... All changed in a week after incident. Very very bad service... Use them at your own risk.

My family was having much difficulty to engage a helper after contacting several agencies until I contacted Island Maids at Ang Mo Kio branch. Their expertise and knowledge about fulfilling my need was really professional. The team was very patient despite my special requests for the helper. I did not wait too long and the helper was the one which I truly needed for my family came to our rescue. Appreciate all the tedious and hard work contributed by Island Maids Team. Well Done !

Maid Agency that trains maids in Singapore before deploying for work. They have their own Maid Training School in Singapore. ??

First maid I got from them (JCube branch) stole old hps during first month but I kept her for a year until she wants to go back Indonesia for son's wedding. Second maid I confirmed n paid deposit with them (Jalan Beseh branch) on 3-Mar n was informed on availability by end Mar, then on 23-Mar I was told the date to be 30-Mar I can fetch the maid. I finally received the maid on 21-Apr after 7 weeks, I felt cheated by them to close the deal lying the availability to by 4th week but dragged to 7th, and during the wait they are be not responsive and bad in attitude like I am at their mercy! They also lied that this 2nd maid is good at cooking but, at actual fact, she knows NOTHING and definitely a fresh amateur to household chores. So pls don't believe whatever their past experiences written on bio data!!

I had a great experience with Island Maid agency. Nice working with agent Jayden, he is passionate about his work and super prompt in his responses. He patiently explained me when I inquired about their services. Mary Grace was my confinement nanny. She made the first month of confinement so much easier for me. She took a great care for my baby and me. She also cooked really well.Overall, I had a very satisfied experience with her during this 28 days. Cheers Island Maid team!

Excellent service and professional advice rendered by Peggy. Island Maids is transparent on their charges and communications were swift and on point. As we had some language barrier with our helper, Peggy went an extra mile and assisted us to help in the settling in of our helper. After sales service is top notch!????

Island maids provided us with an English speaking confinement nanny. Aunty Mary (Mary Grace) was our nanny and helped us with our new born daughter. She took extremely good care of my daughter and also ensured that I recovered well after my delivery. In the absence of our families she continuously guided and supported us to understand and get better at handling our infant. She was very friendly and our son who loved spending time with her. She would share tips to handle 2 young children which is going to be very handy once she leaves. I would highly recommend Aunty Mary and Island maids if you need confinement nanny.
