After sales service awful to the Max! All the salesperson in the company including the manager is the same. Seriously? I feel so much cheated by listening to salesperson comparing other brand using the number of filter to be purchase over the years into getting your machine for "FREE". I am basically buying the machine! Close to 3 years into getting your service and my filter only change once and machine once, so consider twice! So my filter actually cost like almost close to 1k per year? Ask to change filter and yet can just reply not due yet.During sales, was told filter will be change once every 6 months. After 6 months, they told you no.. Change of filter is every 1 years or if the water dispensing is smaller. After 3 years they told you every change of filter is 18 months. Seriously no afters ales service after paying in full. Do consider before getting their service, you can get a better brand with a little more rather then enduring their awful after service for years. I am considering to report them to Case and file for media attention so the company could wake their sense up.

Highly dubious and deceitful salespeople out to earn commission and giving all sorts of bullsh!t which can never be fulfilled by the company. Customer service never respond to queries or request we've made regarding replacement filters. Stay away from this scamming company Triple Lifestyle Marketing!

This most interesting part . When ask to change filter , the guy said β€œ must hv invoice no invoice cannot change β€œ I was like β€œ u Nv record in your system . The male staffs said β€œ we changed system , so lost all records β€œ I seriously wonder what CRM system u changed that will erase all your past Customer Data.... pls I’m not born yesterday

This company is definitely a scam. CASE is not able to do anything because they simply ignore their letters. Took them to small claim court but they refuse to attend court as well which is consider contempt of the law. I was eventually awarded a compensation but they can ignore everything believing that we wont bother to enforce the court order. Need to raise this case to the MPs and get them to intervene. I don't care if i get back my money. I just want these scammers charge to prevent future occurance as the owner is still at large with the company still active doing other kinds of activity. I suggest every victim take them to court ( small claims only $10 ) to raise awareness from our government. We need to work together to stop these scammers otherwise they think they can get away with it.

Bought it 2017. As usual promise everything but never deliver. Even my invoice was not send till now. Manage 3 filter change. Promise of upgrade was not materialise. Manage to go to their place at paya lebar last time and boy the place was horrible. They turn of their FB review after so many negative feedback since 2019. Those still wanting to buy water filteration unit can get better deal online shopping. For those filter, you can buy it at shopee which I've been doing every 6 months. Cost me less than $50.

Same as most of people who brought from them. Bought last year promised 7 years free filter change. Come time to change, delay because they busy then no answer from them. Suddenly now say April stock in. Then no response again. Went to their office, there is no one there. I don't know whether to continue using as it is almost 2 years since I bought and also don't know where to buy alternative filters :(

Paid for the water filter last year for 6 years of filter. Promised that they will arrange the timing to change. Called the reception and no one answered. No calls has been made to change the filter. I think we can bring this up to CASE for further action and if necessary to demand compensation or cancel the installments payments as it has not been met

The service of the company is really getting from good to bad and now to worse. In the beginning, they were very responsive and would call to arrange appointment to change the filters. After the second time of changing the filters, they went MIA despite calling and texting numerous times to arrange a change of filters. Given up on the service and don’t want to go back and forth with CASE, since so many complaints have been raise but they are still the same. The machine did do us a good job for the past 3 years. So today, I decided to bid the triple lifestyle water purifier machine goodbye and blacklisting this company.
