★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel that there's some degree of dishonesty. Was told that exchange is 1SGD to 10400IDR. But then after I calculated, there slight discrepancy.. Given exchange rate of 1SGD to 10395IDR. When I questioned, the reason they gave was that they do not have smaller change. Nevertheless, the rate is still slightly better than other money exchangers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Displayed rate for rupiah today - 4 June 2018 was 10,250. I asked if can give better rate exchange SGD5K. Told me, same rate because their rates are fixed, regardless how much I exchange. Fair enough, since the other nearby money changer also displayed same rate. Was given more than 5million worth of rupiah. Only gave me a few small envelopes to hold the rupiahs. If you are familiar with the amount, you will know there are a few hundred notes, so can't possibly count on the spot. Firstly, my fault as I didnt check the receipt. Reached home and checked, realised the actual rate given lower, 10246 instead of 10250 as displayed. Consoled myself, maybe its the standard practice of rounding off. Started counting the stacks os red colour IDR100,000. To my dismay, one of the stacks had a blue IDR 50,0000 in it, meaning I was given IDR50,000 less. Can't believe such things is happening in Singapore. Only myself to blame. Please check before leaving the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, good rates. His rates are better than all other money changers nearby. You can still probably find better rates at Arcade or Chinatown, but this one comes close to it.
I recently bought IDR, and one of them turned out to be slightly torn. I didn't notice while buying, but only noticed later. He happily exchanged it for another note when I dropped by his store later. Very happy with service.
