โ โ โ โ โ My mom & i had the best shopping experience in this outlet by the service they gave. The staff was friendly, humour, helpful & honest. Giving the best recommendation to their customer what suits them best. Kenny , i guess is the leader, he lead his team well as i overheard he teaches staff in a professional way, concern on them by guiding the trainee (as nametag stated) on cashier & keep asking me โhow was itโ , even offer me a seat while Iโm waiting for my mom . Li sin that served my mom was kind & helpful. They both leave me & my mom the best experience in TRT. I was surprised that TRT was a local brand & is blessed to have these two staff. Well done , Kenny & Li Sin.
