β β β β β This outlet is huge and spacious but the interior just looks very dated as compared to its other outlets for some reason. Menu is straightforward, just select what you want from the piece of paper and hand it over to the staff. Classics like XLB and pork chop fried rice are must orders. The noodle is alright.

β β β β β Dined here earlier with my friends/kids and it was truly chaotic with the kids dropping food and plates (accidentally of course), but the service staff were always reassuring and calm. They came to provide new utensils immediately even without us asking which was really helpful and shows their level of attentiveness. Thanks for the wonderful dining experience!

β β β β β Another round to satisfied Xiao Loong bao craving
Always have their attentive service standard
Itβs good.
Still worth spending and eating at a typical DTF!
Can eat for sure!!!

β β β β β Enjoyed the xiao long bao (steamed pork dumplings) and the steamed vegetable and pork dumplings. The dou miao was fine. But the zha jiang mian (noodles with minced pork in bean sauce) tasted too much like spaghetti bolognese, and the noodles were a little too soft.

β β β β β I ordered Xiao Long Bao and Crab Xiao Long Bao, which are super nice as always! Staffs are super friendly. But I witnessed a situation where a foreign couple asked for a knife to chop up the noodle for the child. The staffs didnβt handle it well, but I understand that you canβt really expect a knife in a Taiwanese restaurant. I do suggest that the restaurant can prepare some scissors or knives for foreigners who ainβt good at using chopsticks, which also maybe quite handy for parents too.

β β β β β Charge 50 cents for water. The small side dishes run out if you eat later part of dinning times (happened many times to me). Manager said can call to reserve the side dishes but how cumbersome is that?
Not too crowded generally but can have lines. This branch has no windows.
Appreciate the Taiwanese style of service.
It feels waste of time that you need to select your order through QR code link, and than call the server so that she can put the order through. Why not just let the customer order through all. So cumbersome to wait for someone to come and doesnβt add much value.

β β β β β Was told 25 min wait but it was shorter than that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food came out promptly and quality was good for this branch. However did notice the portion size of the drunken chicken looked a lot smaller than previous time we went. Hence one star down for that

β β β β β One of the DTFβs which would not have along queue or super packed during rush hours on the weekends. The waiters in this branch were polite and spoke English and didnβt assume we can all speak Chinese. Food as always, standard DTF amazing. My favorites are the Szechuan spicy dumplings and ice earl grey tea (amazingly not too sweet). The steamed dishes are always good and you could not do wrong in ordering this.
