He is always willing to explain the reasoning behind my aches and pains and share the process of recovery. Dr. Tom gives clear explanation about what caused my aches and pains, and provides stretching exercises that I can do at home. In terms of improvement, I would say, I've improved by 80%, not 100% since the remaining 20% is due to my lifestyle. He's very professional and makes you feel comfortable.

I had difficulty in climbing stairs. After regular sessions of spinal adjustments by experienced Chiropractor, Dr Miller, there was no more backache. Similarly, the regular knee therapy sessions by Ms Lovely, knee pains have very much reduced. I am now able to climb stairs. I am very satisfied with the service provided by the Chiropractor and therapist. The customer service staff are excellent, too. They are friendly, cheerful and warm.
