★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有名なバクテーのお店ですけど、プラザシンガプーラにも支店ができました。シンガポール風味の胡椒が効いたスープと、色のちょっと濃いハーブ味のスープが選べます。
バクテーの食べ比べは難しいのですが、これまで食べたことがない人もどうぞお試しください。サイドディッシュもついてます。
 Although it is a famous bak kut teh shop, a branch office has opened in Plaza Singapura. You can choose between Singapore-flavored pepper soup and slightly darker herb-flavored soup.
It's difficult to compare eating bak kut teh, but if you haven't tried it before, please try it. It also has a side dish.

Kway chap was light, fragrant and tasty. The pork belly was briased so well that the fat did not feel oily but like gelatine.
Mixed pork soup was just right, most places leaves you thirsty after... this one was just right. Here the pork belly was just a tad hard.
Overall, it was priced just above average, but quite a good value when you consider it being in an air-conditioned eating place and remember to use the proprietary stored value card for purchases to get the 10% discount.

The herbal soup is on the very light side.
