Heard he has over 20 years of experience in ice distribution and he is in charge of the entire F1 Grand Prix. If they can handle such big event definitely they are able to handle any other events. Thank you Hari so glad that I can pass u my stress! Great price great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service encountered last weekend! Need order ice last min for my party and was rejected by other ice suppliers but Tuck Lee Ice deliver right on time. They can even deliver my beer chilled! I also recalled I last ordered ice from another ice company and the ice bag came tied in raffia string! Oh my goodness I really wonder how hygienic it is and how they can pass thru AVA regulations. Am going to just order from Tuck Lee Ice in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuck Lee Ice was able to provide proposal on keeping drinks cool throughout a whole day of an outdoor event I was coordinating for. Their cooler solution was simple, and their ice indeed lasted for 10 hours under the hot sun, albeit placed in an industrial ice cooler box. Could work a little bit more on timely communication, but other than that, I would like to work with them next time!

On day of delivery, the setup team arrives on time and make sure everything was in proper before leaving. Our client was extremely pleased and so were we. They even called during event to ensure all was in order. Excellent pre and post service Tuck Lee. Keep up! Will definitely come back to u again.
