Good Violin and guitar shop .. they do minor repairs for reasonable prices

It got a large variety of viola and violins with the shop owner a master of the violin it is highly recommended to go there if u play the violin

DO NOT SEND YOUR INSTRUMENTS FOR REPAIR HERE!!! I've sent my cello for repair due to my sound pole falling off the correct position, when I sent my cello there I told the staff that all I wanted was for the sound pole's position to be corrected, he somehow didn't listen to me and thought I wanted my bridge corrected, despite the fact that it wasn't it wasn't in dire condition. What's even worse is that I received notification of my bridge breaking *Again when I sent my instrument the bridge was nowhere near breaking* and had absolutely no notification of whether or not my sound pole was fixed. To make things worse they had demanded me to pay for a new bridge part and THEIR LABOUR COSTS. I have no problems with having to pay for the new part since I need it and I have no other choice, but they were the ones that broke my bridge what right do they have to expect me to pay for their labour. I have no idea if they broke my bridge while attempting to fix my sound pole or completely forgot my request. Either ways it is unacceptable. Lastly while contacting me the staff did not even bother to be polite

The female salesperson that was working here was not very helpful or knowledgable, even though she was very nice, but she didn’t know the difference between ukulele sizes (I told her I was looking for a concert size) and she was only able to say they were distinguished between small, medium and bigger. Even though this store is labeled as a violin store, more than half the store is ukuleles, while they other half is violins and guitars. So I would say, come to this store if you know what you’re looking for and they carry it (as their selection is a bit of a hit or miss). But maybe try another store if you need assistance or advice on your purchase.

Very strange. We casually stopped in with my little one inquiring about some guidance for a ukulele and he was just so curt and disinterested to provide info. Just noted its like buying a car, all same same la. Really surprised as it was totally dead and no one there. Didn't seem interested to sell us on anything or what would suit us to begin with. We politely said thanks and good bye as quick as possible as we did not feel welcomed. Will buy from another store.
