Tudor Boutique - Kee Hing Hung

I was thinking to myself... will KHH be open today on a public holiday? To my surprise, I received a call from Gen to inform me that the Tudor watch that I placed interest is available to purchase. Special thank you to Gen, Tron and Troy for making my experience at Kee Hing Hung Tudor Boutique a pleasant and enjoyable one!

Went with my friend to collect his Tudor Panda Chronograph. Gen attended to us and was very patient in showing us the functions of the watch, and helping my friend to size the bracelet. She was also very knowledgeable in the specifications of the watch, and was kind enough to let us try on the other on-display models. Overall, a wonderful experience at the KHH Tudor Boutique - Many thanks to Gen for the generous hospitality. My friend’s first boutique experience - and definitely won’t be his last with KHH.

Was referred by a colleague to the boutique and was served by JD, a well mannered and knowledgeable gentleman with great appreciation for watches. Enjoying my first Tudor from them right now, and I'd like to thank the team for their hospitality and patience while constantly bombarding them with questions. Went to Tudor Boutique twice. First time was served by Gen and she brought me through the history of Tudor. Was really patient in introducing the various models. Tried out the Black Bay 58 which I left an interest for. Was surprised that she message me a week later informing me that there is an available piece for the 41mm model. Even though I turned down this offer as I was more interested in the 39mm model, I would still like to expressed my gratitude to Gen for being able to quickly allocate a watch for me. Went back a month later and this time round was served by Tze Hao. Tried out other different watch models (GMT & Chronograph) and even though I still did not get any watches, he was knowledgeable and shared some industry information on the current Tudor market. With the professionalism and expertise from the staff at Kee Hing Hung, I am sure that those interested in getting their first luxury time piece will enjoy the experience.

Was introduced to the Tudor brand by my Sales Advisor, Gary. He shared with me the history and background of the Tudor brand and the milestones of various Tudor models. Very excited to get my first Tudor watch after being placed on the waiting/interest list. It was an overwhelming surprise to get my first Tudor watch. Impressed by the professionalism of Gary and Janet. Both of them are very approachable and friendly, and also a wealth of knowledge. I learnt a lot more about watches from my interaction with them. Anyone can always pop by the stores to visit, you can see the differences in the service and quality standard between them and other stores. Do note that you may have to be patient if you cannot get your watch, because the stocks are limited and the demand are high.

Gen has made my first Tudor purchase a wonderful one. She is so welcoming and passionate about sharing the knowledge behind the prestige brand. When i asked if she has recommendations for me, oh man, she hit right on the sweet spot and i fell in love with the first recommendation she gave me! Til date, the watch has never fail to bring a smile on my face. Totally grateful for Gen to make my first purchase such a wonderful one!

Very friendly and professional service by JD Chin. Kudos to the KHH team as well! As a first time buyer, JD guided me through the whole process smoothly and addressed the questions that I had as a newbie to luxury watches. JD also shared with me about the history behind the designs of watch crowns which was very interesting. JD was also kind enough to show me some Rolex watches at another retail shop opposite. Was introduced to the Tudor brand by Mr Gary, my sales advisor. He had shared with me the history of Rolex before and was sharing with more on the Tudor brand, when I dropped by yesterday. His manager, Ms Janet, was approachable and friendly. I also had the opportunity to meet and had a chat with the Boss and his son. Both were easy-going and cordial. Was impressed by the values of this company and their sales advisors. They aren’t just trying to sell watches. They are also sharing with the customers the history, merits of each watches. The advisors were tested on the knowledge and history of the watches. So that, they could be competent to share with the customers. Most importantly, I got my first Tudor watch! And it would be added to my precious watch collection.
