Back in 2020-2021, Bon and Lyon from Tulou came down for site visit. I understand many years back prior to me managing my previous estate they have liaised with my previous colleagues for many years. The installation of the new decking at both my balconies are completed with great satisfaction! It’s time for me to share my sincere experience to all who plan for a change to a good quality timber planks. With a quick phone call, both Bon(Manager) and Allen(Manager) came over with a few samples of the timber planks, the aluminum substructure and did the site measurement. They explained in details on the materials type and installation method. Following are my observation on the team that assigned in completing the work. Both Managers are approachable, listen tentatively, offer expert advise, monitor work in progress and dedicated to customers. Workers at site are experience, exhibit good work ethic, attention to detail, proposed practical advise and solutions. Customers also play an important role in observing work in progress and any minor rectification required can be attended immediately. Truly happy with the prompt service, helpful team and the finishing of the decking. A good tip is to choose the right colour or tone that matches the surroundings of your decking.
