★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 20 mini cupcakes for a child’s birthday, delivered via Grab. When the birthday child received them, they were all toppled and in a mess!!! I felt so embarrassed ! One would think it’s the driver’s fault which to a certain extend yes. But I think perhaps it’s also time for Twelve Cupcakes to improve on the packaging for deliveries.
