Very grateful to Casey, the chief optometrist who took the time to help me to do a very through check on my eyes because I had rubbed my eyes one day and was not able to find my contact lenses thereafter. I was wondering about all the glowing reviews, but they were all completely justified. Shout out to Clarissa, super helpful. I have been wearing lenses for almost 15 years now, and I could still learn something new! Great ambience, and the lenses are of course comfortable too.

Had a very pleasant experience at TWOOAK yesterday. Brought my daughter to get contact lenses as she needed it for ballet exams, and the optometrists there were extremely accommodating, helpful, friendly, professional and patient. It’s a lovely space (with nice music!) and such a wonderful overall experience getting quality contact lenses and good advice on how to put it on and take it off. Totally worth the trip there.

went for an eye check + lens fitting today & was served by Joey? (hope i got it right, can’t really recall now) but her service was fantastic. the entire process was professional, meticulous & detailed. studio was also very cozy & had a very nice, relaxing vibe overall. the lens are very comfortable to wear, definitely on par with other brands. will definitely be switching over to TWOOAK & will recommend it to my friends too!

Went for the trial lenses and the people here are warm and friendly. They are also very professional and eager to share knowledge and educate about contact lenses. I can tell that they really prioritise safety and their customers by the way they put a lot of effort into knowing each person's medical and eye history. The lenses are also good quality, and they don't do any hard-selling, not even a little bit! Will definitely come back next time, thanks :)

The best fitting experience I had. Service was awesome. Been wearing contact lenses of all sorts for decades and their lenses were one of the most comfortable. They had to lower my degrees because of my far-sightedness. Was perfect for me that I didn’t need reading glasses to read which I usually needed when wearing contacts. Going to bring my son to try them out too! Love the service and product. Keep up the good work! ??

I first met Clarissa and the rest of the team back in 2020! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had interacting with the team and the resident cats! Clarissa is ever welcoming, warm, patient, gracious and kind and she took time to explain my eye condition and made me feel assured. Subsequently, I subscribed to the 3 months plan and pandemic hit, didn't had a chance to wear contacts as much often then we would used to. The contacts are so so comfy! Today, I went for my follow up appointment cause I finally ran out of my contacts and Clarissa attended to me again! She has an amazing memory and really passionate about what she does. She's super thoughtful too, she took into consideration of possible situations of my increased degree and took care to reassess the suitable degree for my contact lenses wear. It was so lovely meeting her again! See you guys again in 3 months' time!
