Located conveniently at the doorstep of Chinatown MRT, their range of comprehensive & professional eye care services caters very well to the different needs of their many customers. From the moment you step foot into their cosy premises, Chay & Khanh always greets & attends to you with friendly chats, understanding your needs, conducting very thorough examinations & then making the necessary recommendations. Their premises is very well equipped with the latest tools, instruments & machines to help with their tests & assessment. They also carry a wide range of the latest glasses to cater to the taste & requirements of their customers. They certainly see a lot of loyal repeat & new customers, ranging from locals to expats, parents with their kids, working professionals, the young, the not so young & seniors. Both Chay & Khanh who are both professionally trained & certified Eye Doctors have been attending to our family’s eye care needs for many years. Recently, our niece has started seeing them as well. We treat them more like an extended family than just our family Eye Doctors. Have been visiting 20/20 for more than a decade to get my specs fixed, and I am always very satisfied with the very professional services provided. Both Drs really know their stuff (ie optics, human eyecare) and are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have rather advanced technology that, together with their decades of experience and knowledge about the human eye and optical glasses and frame brands, can provide you with probably the best 'eyecare' service in Singapore at a reasonable and justifiable price. Highly recommended if you really care about the long-term health of your vision.

Dr. Nguyen has been a lot of help to me. For years i have been having difficulty with glasses I buy from other shops that offer fast service. With 20/20, testing was comprehensive, i was educated a lot regarding eye health and my current condition. Dr. Nguyen takes into consideration my work and how I function everyday to better fit me with specs for my everyday activities. In the end, I was fitted with the best pair I can get. Call ahead for an appointment, and be prepared for an eye examination that surpasses the 15-minute afterthought found at most other places in Singapore. Thanks to Dr Nguyen, my wife and I now experience vision more comfortable than what we have ever had since we started needing glasses. In short: very good and highly recommended.
