★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them was exactly same as Sunday Ahad. This is not the company you want to buy anything from, it is a very terrible company. They delivered defective goods and said quotation stated full payment upon installation. Any product issues will be covered by warranty. Follow by ignoring your request of rectification. Avoid avoid dealing with this company. I just realised i must at least click on 1 star to proceed with this post. I wanted to give them no star. haha.
How come there are so many new reviews, all about 5 months ago. Suddenly U gate woke up from poor service to excellent 5 stars review??? Wondering are these new reviews 5 months ago trustworthy???!!! Inside people reviewing is it????!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When asked abt everything during pre sale, everything also can. Quote from sales “we are window manufacturers, over 20 yrs. Anything u want we can do!”. Said with a lot of conviction & gusto. After installation, finish & found defects or things not according to requirements, say “we dont carry material or items.” Ask for refund, ask me to go case file report. Terrible service.. DO NOT ENGAGE! They dun understand wat u want & make mistakes, then refuse to rectify. WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Find someone else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not go through their google review before engaging them so was a bit skeptical after reading the review here.
I was surprised that the installation service and quality of their window is good. Unlike some of the review here. Even my renovation contractor said that the workmanship was great. As u-gate needs to remove my old windows, the hacking was done carefully with minimal damaged to the wall.
Do give them a chance and engage their service?
