Very bad quality, and arranged the date and time, but no technician came down to replace the window lock. *ζΎι£ζΊ* Play you out*

β β β β β Contacted Lawrence for a measurement appointment, but had to cancel it due to change of plans. Got a rude reply telling us off for wasting his time despite letting him know in advance. Wouldnt advise to contact them.
Edit: He called to threatened me that he will visit our place upon reading this review. Please becareful.

β β β β β I am writing this review because previous reviews from other genuine home owners, have personally helped me very much and this is my way of doing my part. Hope it helps.
I got a resale flat and needed replacement of windows. The design of my home was quirky and complicated. I contacted Super Window Lawrence. His reply was quick and came onsite to take a look and gave a quote.
His quote was very reasonable and that's not all. I truly appreciated his ideas and in his words, "options". He thinks out of the box and completely transformed the look of my flat. Everyone was very impressed.
All I can say is give him a chance, nothing to lose.
I have no links to him, just a very satisfied customer and just sharing my experience with them. Cheers!

β β β β β Experience started well and did work with them to get some windows installed. generally speaking quality seems good.
But the communication broke down super quickly after that, they did not have door stocks and made no effort to follow/update. Must ping them multiple times before getting a reply.
Will not recommend.
