U Taste Restaurant - 513 Tampines Central 1

On 5th Jan 2022, time at 1400hrs. I'm at outlet Tampines central. We were happily waiting for our sits and was to get a drink and food from this store, while I was approached to the drink store, and this short Chinese aunty was dammed BLOOOLY RUDE, I can't imagine why the way she talks in such manner. This will be my first and ever last time to come to this outlet. If I wouldn't have a negative star, im sure to give it. Lousy customer service

The gentleman staff charge me $5.50 yet cash machine key in $5 Yesterday bought fish with rice $3.50, today fish with rice wz additional Sunny up egg is $5.50

Had breakfast in the morning . So unprofessional staff attending the Mee area . She was doing some work and I was waiting very long , so I approached her greeting her morning and she make her unhappy face . She was mubling and I can hear every word she say and I still kept quite another china lady took over and I told the lady as she did not get what I told the previous rude aunty. The rude aunty speak back in Chinese saying I am being very maafan and I snapped. I told her I’m paying and not coming here to beg for my food! I don’t look Chinese but doesn’t mean I don’t understand! Hey ! Train your staff! I did not wanna come here and eat but because my partner did not had the experience I had previously and today he saw it and experience it too. Without customer I don’t think you can be able to run this business ! Train you staff! We know and remember their faces! This will be the last for us and we will not recommend people also to come !!! Pls see pic no one attending to the guy for the last 10min! He has to call if anyone can help him for his food???? Madness !!!

Yeah I went there last night for Mee Rebus .I ordered in English .Malay aunty asked me something in Malay but i couldnt understand ,she laughed then legendary grumpy Chinese aunty was yelling at me in Chinese. So rude! Never go there again

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. No frills and reasonably priced local favourites. One can get a plate of the $2/- chicken rice here. A little warm on hot days, however, the place is well equipped with many wall-mounted electric fans.

Wait for ten minutes in the queue, when it was my turn to order, the macik asked me to wait for the chinese lady to serve me. however, the Chinese lady chose to walk away and left me standing there. I ended up walking away empty handed because they chose their customers. Not the right way in service line.

Totally upset…. Im station staff working in DTL station at Tampines. Due to HA, we pack makan back to eat. Visit U-taste this morning, 22/07 @ 910am, wanted to packet Mee Robus, requested not to put plastic container, just put in plastic, as my station is closeby, plus can help the environment. The malay auntie who prepared the Mee Robus insist that i took the plastic container if not she dont know how to prepared. To myself, WTH, why must she insist customer to use plastic container? Is it the U-taste company instructions? Plus, the container is charge for 20cents. Is not about the charging part, is why i cant packet my food using plastic?

Came back to try again and was disgusted by the inconsistency of the snacks. Super oily and soggy. Disappointing. Previously… How amazing can these tiny bite sized Epoks with measly fillings be? I was surprised that they were very tasty and addictive. Both sardine and potato also shiok. And wow the carrot cake sticks and yam sticks are damn shiok! I’m saying this is better than Swee Choon’s. Can easily be a fav. I sincerely hope they are consistent. This corner should stand on its own. Not sure about the other stuff but I’ll be back just for these.
