★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my 3rd or 4th visits already within few months!
As the timing i went were off peak, most dishes came quite fast and still taste good, more towards the Salty side.
Fish is as usual fresh and we really like it! This month got Tom yum soup as soup based so since it's Tom yum we were able to drink it more than their usual. Very sweet and sour taste, quite spicy too since they added chilli padi. Also comes with crabmeat, mushroom and 2 prawn.
Side dishes were my favourite as well, typically what you would see in China skewers restaurants.
Drinks were 4+ 5+ range which I think is pretty exp.
But overall the bill is not very exp most of rge time is below the $150 range for these in my photos.
Would be back for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Love Tanyu! Highly recommended underrated flavor would be the Cumin fish. The most popular green pepper limbo fish though is still my favorite. I believe food is excellent and consistently good at Tanyu, across all outlets in Singapore. But it was extra delightful, dining at the Tampines branch, because of the wonderful service provided, especially by Lennard and Casper. They were very attentive, polite and pleasant, even during peak hours. Thank you for the great service + yummy food! Can’t wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a great & enjoyable family dinner at Tanyu (Tampines One outlet) over e weekend. surprisingly, they have 麦芽糖 in their menu. indeed brings back old school memories. hope Tanyu can have this in their menu at all branches n let customers who patron get to enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I now understand the hype. Fish was around $43+. Sooo meaty and flavours were really good! Looks like it is super spicy but it was manageable. Can even eat the chili.
Noodles and brinjal were nice but not a must order. The bread....wow the honeybutter taste was subtle but so nice. Bread is soft and perfectly toasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice fish and nice ambience. The price is slightly on a higher price as we only ordered 1 fish, 1 side dish and a beer. And the bill will cost you $100++ for 2 pax. It would be great to have 3-4 pax for sharing.
The service was okay as they are quite crowded during peak period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean environment. First time trying them after hearing friends mentioning. Drinks was good and refreshing. Grills was good too. However, the main dish was not to me and wife liking. The soup a little salty and after drinking, we have to keep hydrating with water. Probably due to MSG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly very surprised when I received the bill because it wasn’t as expensive as I thought! A very filling meal for at least a 3pax and I love how soft the fish meat is! There is so much flavour in the “soup” and it really goes well with the rice!
They have some side dishes as well so I’m excited to try those the next time!
The service was excellent and the server was attentive as well. Really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come again!
