★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think of a upsize Tze char bistro. Their claypot styled dishes, seriously good. Ngoh Hiang is well made and choked full of meat, prices affordable, come starving and you’ll end up with 3 bowls of rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large portion and price is reasonable too. Very generous with the meat and vegetable, though a little too much for 2 pax. Taste wise is ok just that the herbal soup gets more bitter as you drink. Advise would be to remove the dang gui inside first. Not too bad, maybe will go back again on a rainy day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Tampines 1 outlet. Placed order at counter and staff served to your table. Only GST imposed with no service charge. Had the sesame chicken and sambal seafood pots. The sesame chicken pot has generous serving of meat with a few spring onions for garnish. Would be nice if some veg added to the dish. Sambal seafood has a mixture of prawns, fish, squid and imitation crab sticks with some onion and lady's fingers. Not very spicy. Both dishes are tasty and go well with rice. The only issue is that drinks took a while to be served.It came half way through eating and after 2 to 3 chasers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here! It’s really affordable for the price range and everything is decent! The food is also served very fast (faster than the drinks ?) and everything is hot and flavourful! I really love the spicy kang kong and I will definitely try it again!
The drink is okay only though, pretty bland and so-so but the food steals the show and deserve a five star! Will come back again to try the egg plant and spicy sambal maybe ?
