M	Marcel Cybon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this mall, but the management totally missed out on enforcing common tenant rules like noise violation, with this x fitness spinning classes in b2. That kind of super noisy activity needs to be in a sound proof environment and not in an open concept store. It's really annoying and business damaging for every neighbor and all the visitors of the entire basement. Imagine every tenant in the mall would make that kind of noise. Selfish! The mall would have no visitors anymore soon.

N	Nelson Chee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty awesome customer service right from the outset. I had plans to join TFX Funan as it was the closest gym to my office (literally just across the street). Price range was reasonable to me given that it’s situated in the CBD area. Contract terms were explained quite thoroughly during registration. Everytime I visit the gym, I am greeted by the friendly counter staff as well as other employees of the gym. Friendly and courteous is what kickstart a gym user’s day. Special mention to Jimmy who is a PT at TFX. He is attentive and provides informative tips and workouts to meet fitness goals. The gym may be crowded at the peak hours but I usually get to use the intended machine after waiting for a short while. Not to mention that they have a pool to relax and very decent locker/shower facilities too! Worthy recommendation to others!

More variety of legs equipment would be good! Thammy and Sean are amazing trainers and you will definitely benefit from their workout routine and training! ????

Special shout-out to Miss Kinki, cheerful and helpful lady who always help out on my requests especially during Covid 19 CB and safe re-opening. I will recommend this gym to anyone out there hunting for a suitable gym for their workout. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

Please take note of Centre Sales Manager Elston Low. & their operations manager Nor Sima Binte Jelani He pushed for a membership with me to start on February. The Chai Chee centre closed in January. Only can escalate to Nor Sima Binte Jelani (operations manager) and cannot do anything nor offer refunds. This will happen to anyone who signs under True Fitness. The centre may close and you will receive no refunds or help in this matter. As long as you sign with their annual membership and pay one lump sum, you’ll be in deep waters. Their operations manager Nor Sima Binte Jelani offers no help in this matter. All they say is that their operations still all around Singapore so please patronise the places that are at the ends of Singapore. Their hotline remains uncontactable.
