★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncle Chong has been there for a long time. He’s mended a couple of my shoes. He’s quite friendly and does a good job with repairing and restoring footwear. Before working on your shoe, he’ll tell you how he’s going to repair the shoe.
I had a pair of espadrilles with busted seams and he repaired them with fresh threads and glue for $14. It’s the second time that I’m repairing them. The first repair held up for close to two years before I sent them back to him again.
