Rabbit Island - 39 Woodlands Cl

Ordered a few plants online from Rabbit Island and was not satisfied with 4 plants. 2 pots of Caladium - Thai beauty & Cranberry star I received are different with the picture they showed in their website/IG nor the photos searched on internet. The color is totally DIFFERENT and I think it’s not the correct species (I did the research before and after purchase). They just said the color will change after a few months and ask me to grow it like that by myself!!?? They are professional plant company and they should send the plants which are grown in better condition/color instead of asking customer to do it. The photos showed the one I received which is far different from the standard color supposed to be in general. Requested to exchange but they declined and only accept refund and collect the plant back. I am really disappointed that they can’t send me the up to standard plants even they do have it (showed in their IG). My advice - only buy from Rabbit Island if you are an plant expert or you have no expectation on their product/service or you don’t mind buying the dying plants. ADD on: they send the UNHEALTHY plants! The Hoya main stem is dry and cut before, all other stems have dark fungal spot. Don’t think it can survive. The potho was badly trimmed before.

I dont usually leave reviews but giving a 5 thumbs up for this place. Great plants at reasonable prices which i have purchased from many times. Recently bought a plant which i noticed with mealy bugs and reached out to them - they responded quickly and resolved the issue. Excellent customer care and responsible seller. Will definitely buy more plants from them knowing they do make sure you get the best plants and experience! - Coni

Definitely for plant lovers. They have some unique plants and pots. The studio is spacious and tastefully done. Prices a bit expensive though, and location is not the most accessible.

Who said the Circuit Breaker need be boring, loved my experience with Rabbit Island. Delivery has been quick, plants have been really pretty! Would definitely recommend getting plants from them!

First purchase with Rabbit island. Did not expect to find olive plant in Singapore and was really happy to finally own one. The plant arrived two days after order , pretty and healthy. Will be back to buy more plants.

Very healthy and beautiful range of plants, wide array of pots and other materials you may not need but want... (in a good way). We thoroughly enjoyed browsing through the store, the lightings and ambience reminded me a bit of stores in Europe. Nice range of succulents and small plants (good for terrariums), quite a fair bit of peperomias which is awesome and a whole lot of aroid jungle plants as well. Didn't take photos as I got carried away just being there but will share some plants/ pots I've purchased! P.S: Items were packed safely and thoughtfully. They have their own wrapping paper, boxes and bags which are done tastefully. Pleasant experience and look forward to visiting again in future.
