My go to place for batts, this place is very busy! patience is needed and the exact part number of the battery. Model number of the product wont cut it, take a photo of the part number on the batt. Installed batt in my laptop, first charge 8hrs, next morning didnt power up!! Brought back tested the batt and found it problematic. Only 1 older lady was experienced to check batts, found another pc and she was kind to make sure it was working. After 40mins charging, 2nd pc also had issues, had to go for OEM. Another 40mins passed, now my dead old laptop is alive! Refunded me the difference in cash. Thank you Unicell! saved me a bundle. note! closed on Sundays. Want smiling 5* service go apple want to save $$ this is the place.

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a laptop battery from them and paid in cash. The receipt i had - i took a photo of it. Their so called bs policy said no exhange, return or refund without original receipt. The battery lasted a week and half. I went back to change my laptop battery and the lady checked the battery using her tools. She even told me the battery was not good. it didnt even charge in. Now they changed my laptop battery with my photo receipt no problem. But hey they can slide the company bs policy for that one!!! They said they need the original receipt cuz the account need the information. LOL but my photo receipt has all the information and is still was not sufficient enough. I email JONG back and forth. in the end, he said in his own words No company No Accept. I chose this shop out of my faith and trying to support singapore locals and their product was at fault. I ended up paying getting a battery dont work at all that i paid for!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is just plain daylight Robbery!!! After reading all the reviews on here, there are people who got their refund even without receipt. DOUBLE STANDARD!!!

Seamless experience. Shop only sells batteries. Bought a replacement OEM battery for my dell xps 13 9360. Lady boss was welcoming and even chatted about other things during the transaction. Lady boss also recommended reliable shops nearby for the replacement activity and offered to do a 1 for 1 replacement of battery should it be found faulty during the installation process.

Wanted to give one Star. Despite bringing down my laptop to show the short woman with spectacle, she gave me a wrong battery that was narrow in 1 part that couldn't fit at all. I only realize 1 week later when we asked someone else to replace the battery. As I don't really know how to replace at first, I accidentally tore off the battery cover. After I was told that the battery was incorrect, I went back to this shop Unicell International in #02-40 Sim Lim Square to get an exchange. However this short spectacle woman told me she couldn't exchange as the battery cover was tore but she is the one that sold me a wrong battery after checking everything on my laptop including the model etc... I never expected to get an one to one exchange as there was cover torn but at least a 50% discount due to partly her own fault too. Yet she sold me another battery without any discount or compensation. Lousy and unprofessional service. It would be my last time buying anything from this Unicell International in #02-40 Sim Lim Square.

Went in asking for a adapter. Gave the model number and adapter rating. Sales lady rudely demanded adapter pin size. If I knew the all these information, I could have easily bought it from a number of stores in the area. Thought that this store would be able to match the adapter by model number. However, I was very wrong.

I intend to give negative stars but there isn’t such option. Went to this shop at Sim Lim Square to get a power cord for laptop charger; looking for a particular brand. The lady who attended to me was so unwelcoming and rude. Forget about greeting, no sense to properly listen nor acknowledge what the customer wants. Rather, she answered with a very impolite tone β€œwe don’t care about the brand we only care if it got Singapore safety mark”, and suggested that I either take it or leave. The whole conversation was made unpleasant by her. I didn’t understand because I was asking politely. I really wonder if her boss is aware of such staff they have, and what he/she plans to do about it upon knowing this. My strong advise to the rest who are reading this, is to take your business elsewhere. There are other shops in Sim Lim who will make your day better.

Wrote an email to the shop and they reserved a replacement battery for my Lenovo Yoga. Due to some of the somewhat not so nice reviews I saw, I changed my laptop battery in the shop to test. The lady was kind enough to supply me screwdrivers and container for my laptop screws. Nonetheless, I brought my own power screwdriver and the battery works as intended. The lady also advised me to fully charge the battery later, and drain the battery to 20%, then repeat the cycle for a more durable battery life. Overall, I think the service is courteous and good, contrary to some of the reviews below.

Bought a replacement battery for my spectre, with the exact same model indicated on my original battery. Price was cheaper then HP original, $85 compared to $300 by HP. However, when I got home to install the battery, message shows its not original and there is low charge or problem charging. When I left it charging for 5hrs and tried to on my laptop, was unable to do so. Plugging out the charging cable will cause the whole laptop to black out. In other words, the battery isn't working at all. I managed to get a full refund because I have the original receipt, but if you don't have it, it'll be almost impossible. It also makes me wonder if tests were done before they sell their batteries. Waste of time going back down to them and coming back again to get a refund.
